A: i) Please make sure you are using DST Mobile. ii) Please make sure you have sufficient balance for DST Prepaid Subscriber. iii) Please make sure you have follow the step by step instruction and double check on SMS Text. Make sure there is no typo error.

Q: Is it possible for applicants who have applied and got rejected to apply HECAS again? A: Yes, during the same
year they may be another intake, applicant can re-submit their application at
cost of BND$5. All previous information from the earlier submission will be
retrievable.

Q: Can oversea students who areinterested to study in Brunei Higher Education Institutions apply to HECAS? A: No, Oversea Students will need to apply through the Ministry of Foreign Affair. HECAS
is an application process system for Brunei citizens and residents of Brunei
and do not handle application from oversea students.

Q: Can i refund my application fee for HECAS? A: i) The application fee is non-refundable unless proven to be technical faults. ii) Applicant manually remove preferences are also non-refundable.
